One of the reasons trolling has gone from the online margins to the center of our political discourse is due to the insistence that targets of trolling have the obligation to ignore it rather than pushing back against people being deliberately offensive towards marginalized people.

The bad news is that I’m not eligible for the big grant, since I received one in 2023

This is fine in the long run, but I might have to run a crowdfunding campaign to cover the costs of hiring a publicist and making a video

I finished and submitted my application for a local cultural council grant

I asked for $950 to cover the costs of recording vocals for and mastering Mrs Parker

I will probably get less than that

You know what's wonderful?

Every time I see a new Netflix comedy special drop not knowing if it's someone who's going to be funny or someone who is just going rant for 70min about how your existence has forced them to be a hateful bigot.

I just don't watch standup comedy anymore. Too exhausting.
