Straf. De Standaard is erin geslaagd een stuk te schrijven over een heel controversieel gegeven, secundaire migratie, zonder het middenveld te bevragen, zonder naar de rechtspraak van de RvV te kijken en zonder na te gaan wat er precies gaande is in Griekenland.

Zo bvb, bij een meervoudige aanvraag, is Dublin vordering van toepassing, met iemand die reeds bescherming kreeg, is Dublin vordering niet van toepassing. Leg maar eens dit verschil uit als beiden dezelfde meervoudige aanvragen zijn...

Ja ze zijn inderdaad bereid om alle argumenten te gebruiken om de wet te omzeilen... Waarschijnlijk zal deze nieuwe lezing van de wet verworpen zijn door rechtbanken. Intussen wordt het illegaal beleid toegepast.. En je kan ook tegen de regering van de rechters klagen
