I spent all morning calling a recruiter to get details on an interview scheduled for noon today. Spoiler: I think it was moved, but I still have no confirmation.

So that's 3 hours of potential creative time this morning, sacrificed to anxiety and miscommunication.

I wonder how much of that is artificial differentiation for attention.

I also wonder how much of that approach will backfire spectacularly. Because, yeah, dude, that's a GMless TTRPG. They've been around for as long as TTRPGs have, if you don't count the ancient pastime of storytelling as a group.

Mariners tell of Reaper Isle, a floating island full of undead. It started as a village of cannibals built on the back of a lazy dragon turtle, but only a couple of ancient necromancers remain, still raiding ships across the sea with their undead horde.

Not "in the ocean" nor "living". But cool.

The Nelendi Monarchy lies off the coast of Fellport. The aquatic elves and tritons united the five city-states after the Great Reef Wars, and the residents of each city still maintain their unique character today.

The Coral Monarch makes sure air-breathers can safely visit, should they wish to.
