It's kind of saddening knowing that Over/Under is gonna end soon because once it's over all the RPers are gonna be put down.
respectfully i think your work clears flying moose 100 times over
my favourite part is every time there's someone i don't recognise who people are excited to meet, i get to go find a cool new roleplaying game to read
It's genuinely so funny how this keeps happening in #OVER/UNDER. It's like we are all at a masquerade, slowly discovering each other's true identities.
the curse of being on the internet in the asia-pacific is that europeans will assume you're american and americans will assume you're european
chris person may be the only person doing halloween costumes right.. i have long theorised that all halloween costumes should be required to be either 1) a public domain character or 2) a character or celebrity dressed as another character or celebrity (ideally one of these is also public domain)
Reuploading a classic to Bluesky, Forgive me god.

Everyone on Prospero's Dream has an important role to play. The O2 Kitchen is a beloved community space, Mister Eyes' runs an ominous and fancy bookstore. Me? I'm the one monogamous person on the station, and that means my job is to cause a little drama for my poly friends to fret over #over/under
Everyone on Prospero's Dream has an important role to play. Tempest provides security, the Union protects the workers. Me? I run a lesbian bookstore, and that means my job is to have a heart-to-heart conversation with every queer girl on the station. I'm not there yet, but I'm trying! #over/under

why do they call it #over/under when you of in the over food of out hot under the food
ogh that's so sick, what's your character's name, let's hang out
you can tell something is going down in #OVER/UNDER right now because nobody is posting about it
latest honby is lining up the scroll to top button perfectly with someone's profile picture on mobile

you know when an apocalypse kind of starts to happen maybe & your first thought is "the speech i gave like an hour ago is going to play really weirdly for my reputation if the tension building montage is cut over it in a particular way" #over/under

But it *does* feel like a reworking of cyberpunk for the 2020s: a vision of the future not as a unified aesthetic but as this crazed sensory overload, a hundred different stories and worlds fired at you at once, leaping between crassness and warmth, insincerity and sincerity.

I need to get the #over/under prophecy down before something even bigger happens

Over/Under Day 1: Technical Issues
Over/Under Day 2: Mini-society starts to form with people creating fun fake services.
thankfully, it never worked out and waverley park became a second-division venue as VFL park before its sprawling car parks were eventually redeveloped. it's strange to think how different the AFL would be if it wasn't played at the MCG (or docklands for that matter)
and the scary thing is that it almost wasn't like this. in the 70s the AFL built a new suburban stadium at waverley park, where there were no real public transport connections and a car park much larger than the play area, with the intention of transitioning most victorian teams to the new field.
i'm pretty confident you could fit most of melbourne naarm's stadium precinct, including dozens of square kilometres of public parkland inside the car parks at a lot of these venues and the crazy part is that an AFL field is way bigger than anything most other sports use
living in a city which has one of the largest stadiums in the world, where sustainable transport has a >90% modeshare for events there, it's always so alien to me seeing the absolutely absurd scale of the car parks around stadiums in north america
same zoom level. Absolutely bonkers the amount of parking spots there are. How long does it take people to LEAVE that stadium????

someone who is good at time please help me budget this. my family is dying
that's true, i just want to believe that these people are actually trying to live better lives yaknow
i genuinely don't think this is actually a bad thing, obviously like 'tradcaths' and other groups who are actively trying to make people's lives worse are a problem but i kinda think this is the best possible outcome for the church and society at large because being a good person is good!
