Mostly in that it's being used as the "click here for the Smart Assistant A/I bullshit we forced into our software ✨️" button in a lot of things, which is annoying but largely ignorable compared to a lot of other stuff at least

(I was a Warrior Cats kid so obv i was obsessed with irl cats, but i also had a HUGE collection of monkey stuffed animals and such. Not real ones as much, but i loooved how cute toy monkeys are. I still do, but I've diversified my plushie tastes since then lmao)

Incredibly charmed people were doing this nearly 100 years ago but I've also gotten this occassionally on my art and stories and it makes my day every time. Incredibly silly but the raw earnestness of it... one of the best compliments one can recieve imo

Rephrasing for clarity, but please do not use F&F (even blank ones) for commission payments; this is and ALWAYS HAS BEEN against ToS.

If you're getting paid for a service, use invoices.

F&F has no protections in place, especially for buyers, and using it to bypass fees is, again, against site ToS.

UK comic making pals, if you’ve got a Kickstarter running (or one coming up), there’s currently a Canada postal strike & Royal Mail’s paused shipping there. Evri’s fine for small parcels, but floppies might face delays until the strike is over, might wanna update your backers👍

a sketchy turnaround of my character Lillehall, a faun. She's deer-fuzz tan with green hair tied back into two VERY long braids. Her horns curl in a small S-shape from her temples, and she has a black nose and upper lip. Her nails are also naturally black, since they match the keratin of her horns and hooves. Her shirt is blue with little princess poofs on the shoulders, and her high-waisted shorts are brown with vertical yellow striping. One doodle of her to the side shows her jumping in a decorative pose and smiling in a way that is, dare i say, adorable

I was in the trenches, I can confirm it was very real lmao. Not sure how widespread it actually got but at the time i was like 16 and thought it was hilarious. My vocabulary is still lightly infected with saying "pupperrrrr" lmao

It was a whole wave of humor in the early 2010s, and while it has GREATLY diminished there are the occasional flits of people who haven't stopped enjoying the Heckin Doggo ouvre of humor in the same way that people's music tastes get generally locked in by their late teens
