「同人誌を国会図書館に納本されたくない」という気持ちは分かるが、発行者の義務として条件を満たした本は寄贈するのが義務らしい - Togetter [トゥギャッター]
「同人誌を納本されたくない」と言う話、気持ちだけはわかるんだが、 ①条件を満たした出版物の納本は発行者の義務であり、違反した場合は過料に処せられる ②第三者から寄贈される可能性もある このあたりは我が国の国立国会図書館法で定められた法律なので、あの、諦めてくれ 個人出版物に関しては①がほぼ守られておらず罰則も形骸化しているとはいえ、「二次創作だから納本しません」には何一つとして正当性がないんです…… 国立国会図書館の任務のひとつが「国内の出版物の網羅的収集」なので
