i have been Severe. and at my very worst, i had times of Very Severe MECFS. it is awful.

now, I don’t know what i am. the lists vary in describing what can and can’t be done and im a mix.

my heart is with everyone who is or has been Severe ME. i think of those not online and send vibes that way.
