Some of the most enduring psychological harm I've experienced in family relationships is attributable to their cruelty masked by loud "holiness" because I'm not a religious person.
The men/women who scream about religion the loudest and how holy they are are typically the ones who are not at all……. Matthew 6:1 — “to be seen by them.” Jesus condemns performative faith, doing religious acts solely for attention, status, or moral superiority.

As bad if not worse than what he's done, is the likelihood that he won't be made accountable for a damn thing. Every illegal and immoral thing that he's gotten away with has lowered an expectation of checks and balances.
