The fact that Hades II is the only thing pacifying me should be good and yet once I start, I can't stop. Which is bad for the last week of the semester.

Speaking of forthcoming work-related things for me, I want exactly two things from the new Amadeus miniseries: (1) some music "by Salieri" that is maybe actually sort of by Salieri and (2) an episode set entirely after 1791 focusing on where Salieri's and Constanze's lives went subsequently.

Apparently my AMS membership expired almost two weeks ago. AMS has yet to contact me about renewal. Somehow. So uh. Guess they don't want my membership?

Trying to grade over 100 assignments is stressful enough, but the fact that I think more than half of them used generative AI is just demoralizing.

Literally cannot find anything via internet searches anymore because all results are AI slop. Questions about plant care? Slop. Reviews of obscure movies? Slop. Why is my apartment so humid? Slop. Seems the only way to stop participating in this system is just to like. Not use the internet.
