Oh great now I have the taxi driver who had the gall to say to give him a good tip (god forbid I don’t live in Manhattan) and he missed the tunnel despite it being a straight shot and now we’re sitting in traffic going through opposite direction of where I need to go. I want to cry! Let me go home!!

I am the first one to promote train travel but the fact that my train up was 1.5 hr delayed and now my train home is running over a half hour behind like…get it together, Amtrak. Be better. Also I just want to be home 🥲

My industry has been pushing hard to Al-ify everything. It’s seen as a necessary evil to win budgets.
At a recent trade show my team was singled out as a shining example of improving workflows.
The catch?
We used 0 AI. Our whole product was deterministic matching rules with a very polished UX.

1. they were never educated (esp "ipad generation") & don't know how computers work
