These mergers are bad but any challenge to this is far more likely to represent an effort to help Trump’s allies than to prevent industry consolidation. That’s life in the gangster regulatory state I suppose.
All eyes now on the Trump White House and their lackeys at the FCC and FTC, who were hoping Paramount-Ellison would have the winning bid, and — as we've seen — will do anything legal or otherwise to twist the media in their favor.

Simply amazing that the Supreme Court declared an end to legal race discrimination in the affirmative action case two years ago and now allows overt racism in both immigration arrests and redistricting.
