I haven't haven't caffeine, with the exception of the miniscule bit that may be in some chocolate chips, in 8 days. But no coffee, caffeinated teas or pop. I didn't start drinking coffee until I entered college but used to just drink tea. I think I may reclaim that old practice.

Surgery went well & I slept most of the day. I haven't been experiencing pain, just some discomfort. The med team said, besides my gallbladder, I'm in very good health (knock on wood). They did a great job in general at bringing comfort prior to the surgery

People probably don't realize that the entire Clinton presidency was Bill passing awful austerity, deregulation, and hyper carceral legislation with Republican votes while Republicans were constantly trying to destroy him. This is what Biden tried to revive.
