I’ve always thought it was very interesting that they chose to change that in the early 2000s so that the logo was right-way-up when open, which coincided with the move away from PowerPC architecture and to Intel’s x86 architecture.

A core memory was unlocked for me recently. I remember renting out this old iBook G3 from elementary school to take home and play educational games on it. It was super fun!
