I knew this was a prime example of an NFL coach w/ the hubris to think he can coach CFB--had no idea he intentionally brought an "NFL approach" which elevates this to the level of test case. The statistically best NFL coach ever decides to coach CFB exactly the same way & gets WRECKED. Love it. 🏈

There are definitely multiple instances of that, too. Henry Lee Lucas and his accomplice Ottis Toole are probably the most famous example--both had humiliating childhood experiences of their parents dressing them up in girls' clothes.

If you haven't seen any of Joachim Trier's other movies, I HIGHLY recommend The Worst Person in the World & Louder Than Bombs. Those are the only ones I've seen, though (along w/ Thelma), I still need to see the first 2 in the Oslo trilogy (Reprise & Oslo, August 31st; Worst Person is 3rd)
