In her ruling, Judge Michelle Sutherland said the toilet policy was a "proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim" to create an inclusive workplace environment for trans staff. She dismissed Ms Kelly's argument that it was unfair to sacrifice the privacy of women, 20% of the workforce, for the interests of five transgender staff members, 0.5 % of the workforce. Judge Sutherland pointed out that only a single person, Ms Kelly, had raised a complaint - which amounted to 0.05% of the female workforce.

I know there are already conversations about this in various groups and lists, but the eye-watering $1117 non-member registration fee for AAG 2026 is completely unjustifiable and unreachable for ECRs like me. Even worse seeing such interesting sessions announced that I would want to contribute to.

The FAA will now let commercial drones fly beyond the operator’s line of sight.

The move will "unleash American drone dominance," Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said.

As a result, Duffy said, " You may get a Starbucks cup of coffee from a drone."
