Well it's says a lot about the state of public transport here in the UK that I now have delay/repay accounts and claims with three different rail companies for delays over the weekend... On both journeys (there and back) connections were missed and I arrived 1hr+ later than planned! 🚂 😢

This, 100%. The pathway to a band 7/8 clinical role is not straight forward, & we lose so many excellent candidates along the way who (for whatever reason) haven't been able to get onto training. A model more similar to nursing, allied health professionals, or even medical training, would be better
