说到吃，成长背景不同的一家人吃到一起去只是早晚的事儿。如果想加速必须先求同，不是为了将就对方，而是俩人都真心觉得好吃那交集。然后再扩展。我最初不会做饭，另一半家乡美食还不错，在异乡也都是他掌勺。后来我吃腻了，但我已经完全知道他风格。接下来就是到各种餐馆找共同，然后我俩就从书本学起来发展了又南又北又东又西的家常菜。推荐个你们可以突飞猛进的资源。美国烹饪学院（cia）有很多教做菜的教学片，图书馆应该都有。他们传授的，咱随便捡点儿就足足够用。网上一般的中文视频，只是做菜步骤，好的不很多。吃货不分国界，那些教学片从选料，制作，关键控制点……非常详细（有点儿冗长）

说到吃我就来精神儿啦😂美国很多容易买到的鱼，确实不适合清蒸，最典型的就是石斑/grouper。snapper小小只的可以清蒸，但也没有西式做法黄油柠檬皮煎或烤更美味。比较适合清蒸的是死贵的欧洲海鲈鱼branzino还有flounder。branzino 汞含量要高一些，不能吃太多。美国一部分人也是吃内脏和猪头肉的，他们有种东西叫head cheese, 不是真的奶酪，而是把猪头肉，猪脚，内脏等等慢炖晾凉和汤一起做成类似肉皮冻一样的东东，切成一块块来吃

我猜是锅盖不行。完美的锅盖应该是接收蒸汽，将蒸汽凝结的水引流到锅盖边缘和锅壁接触的地方流进锅里，而不是从锅盖上随机滴下来。你锅盖上那两个圈是祸害，保证水不能流到锅盖边缘，必须滴下去。或许你可以在锅上覆盖一块cheese cloth（不知中文叫啥）然后盖锅盖把那块布固定在半空中。厨房的硅胶纸如果够宽估计也行
