I keep seeing people posting old and new photos of tidal landmarks to claim there is no sea level rise.
When the tidal range is 36" and sea level rise is 8", picking the right pair of photos can "prove" anything up to 44" of rise or 28" of fall.
This is dumb, but widely loved where it's posted.
