As a kid I used to feel guilty for liking some of my stuffed animals more than the others, cause I didn't want them to feel left out. Obviously, I've long since grown out of that.

Something that's stuck out to me about video games in recent years is that gamepass is steering the conversation to an insane degree. Whenever it feels like everyone's suddenly talking about a game you've never heard of out of nowhere it's almost ALWAYS because it's on gamepass.

My personal favorite games of 2025 were Deltarune chapters 3&4 (do those count?), R.E.P.O., Blue Prince, Stray Children, Oddsparks, Peak, Wanderstop, and Split fiction. Silksong probably would be up there too if I'd gotten around to it lol

UPDATE: in order to fix scrolling on mobile I had to disable beast flingability on mobile, so no more throwing on mobile. However as a compromise I have added gryo controls so if you're on mobile you can now tilt your phone to tumble the animal around.
My most important site update to date: weird little beast on the homepage that you can fling around
