bc most technology updates in recent years are all incremental. nothing has been groundbreaking for YEARS. and now all the big updates are these OEMs forcing AI down people's throats.
The story about people holding electronics longer is interesting. My Steam Deck is years old and I still love it. I used a Pixel 8 and don't even know what the newer models have added and don't care. There's no reason to upgrade. No one is making anything different or cool.
