Yup. I think he should be in but it's not just the cheating thing.
He wasn't that good before Brady and was terrible after. Brady going on to win a SB in Tampa without and his coaching tree doing terribly just added fuel to it wasn't him. Add to how terribly he's done at UNC and ... it might be a few ballots.
