I have a bad habit of booting up this game again to do the early areas because its just fun to explore and interact with the demons. I should take a look at the cat demons, because some of the demons are more fully modeled then you would think lmao. Even the cats I bet

LP Ive mentioned it before but if you wonder why Ill be very active and then take long breaks, thats why.
Even for online activities, making stuff or gaming, its hard to sit for long periods of time since it causes fatigue, so often Im just doing VR and trying to move around more these days

LP Vit D deficiency and hormone fluctuations make orthostatic intolerance issues worse but I found out people with autonomic problems are oversensitive to medications, which might explain why it's hard to even take supplements to help with deficiency. So it's like Im stuck in a cycle of fatigue.

Really hope I can focus on improving health after other irl matters are resolved this year. Its frustrating feeling fatigued like I have mild flu 2 weeks out of every month. So it puts a damper on doing anything social or productive. On my good weeks, I obviously take advantage of the energy.

I spent a while searching through VRC worlds where you can interact with playable instruments, so I will put a video eventually. I got quite a physical workout without realizing it and as a piano player it also made me very frustrated that I could not play piano accurately like I wanted to in VR.

LP Discussions about the protag are interesting. Before Vengeance, for those knowing Susanoo's mythology, some wondered why a feminine male character was chosen instead of female. Vengeance made it to where the protag could relate to either Bulls (associated with masculine gods) or Snakes (feminine)

This was a good read. In the Ghost Stories dev interview Bull gods were noted as primarily Masculine & Snakes/Dragons = Feminine, placing the androgynous protagonist of V in the middle. In mythology: Gozu Tennoh (considered to be Susanoo) was a Bull god that married the daughter of a Dragon king.
LP for those same folks interested in a Steam Frame but dont have a PC or have a low end rig, keep in mind, youll still be limited on what you can play standalone without having a good PC to stream from. I hope people arent getting it because they think theyll be able to play everything standalone

LP Ive run into many folks who get a Quest standalone or with a potato for a computer and they have to understand they wont be able to join everything their friends get up to in VRC. Same with phones. And since Virtual Desktop is wireless only, even if you have a PC, you need a decent connection

The amount of Quest users that still don't understand how PCVR content works, even if things are labeled as PCVR is baffling. I know Quest is considered the accessible headset but there really is a lack of education on Quest limitations especially when it comes to VRC.

LP I imagine with VRC adding face/body tracking via webcam for desktop users that DJs who prefer live mixing while on desktop can add some movement to their avatars during sets now instead of standing still like how some desktop DJs do

I was in CLUM last night before I went to bed, which is another DJ/dance group, but since it was a small close amount of people I was overhearing the DJ tell another person how they use passthrough on the Quest Pro to see their DJ deck while doing mixing in VR.

I've been hopping around to dance clubs in VRC since late 2020 and getting back into them again, but it seems like they have things figured out for running events with a lot of people compared to other events I've been to
(I imagine VRcons like Furality are pretty ironed out too)

I think next time VRChat does a Magfest portal with live performances (not sure if this is the first year they're doing it), they need to take after dance venues in VRC if they want to have cleared space for performances and an 80 person instance at the same time.

I spent around 2 hours thrashing to a death metal dance event in VRChat. Never been to one before but the DJs and staff were the most interactive and entertaining ones Ive seen yet
