Figured it out! There is indeed a way to have webcam be used by facetracking apps and VRC Selfie Expression at the same time. Requires you to turn the webcam virtual through capture software. I can have face tracking and use VRC's desktop body tracking. (also updated babel and did more tweaks)

I look like a psycho lol. Face tracking takes a lot of tweaking (Im using FoxyFace + VRCFT). Now if I could figure out a way to track my head or upper body like this.
