How many Americans carry their passports EVERY time they leave the house?

Poverty has always existed because the people who strong arm the resources insist that they do not need to share with the rest of their species. This is true in hunger-gatherer societies, feudalism, capitalism, and even the pseudo-socialist attempts that have happened in history.
