Getting too old to live fast and/or die young. TV junkie mostly.
As I sit at my desk in my straight jacket, I think the funniest thing about Australian Halloween is that it mostly happens during daylight hours.

Are there any #Pokemon peeps here that can please give me a steer? My nephew like collecting more than playing - for his birthday, should I get him one cool expensive card or a couple of packs to pull?

Here’s the thing about reviewing Con Air: it’s impossible to define it in terms of “good” or “bad” filmmaking.

Sad to hear that today we lost Dr. Jane Goodall, age 91.
She inspired curiosity, hope and compassion in countless people around the world.
May we all be inspired by the way she lived her life and continue to do what we feel is important. Rest in peace.

Things I watched this weekend: The Madness - the infinitely watchable Colman Domingo in an absolutely insane but highly plausible conspiracy of white supremacy and media manipulation. Worth the 8hrs even just to watch a white woman deprogram from her Nazi hubby.

It's not a 'clash' if it's neo-Nazis storming a group of people - it is an attack. Also, it's always ok to punch a Nazi. Hope that helps.

HEY friends: recently seen heaps of "disclosures" from AI companies of the energy cost per question you type into chatbots (most recently from Google)?
Presenting per-query 'efficiency' is part of big tech's efforts to hide its extremely real and happening-right-now climate impacts!

I saw Weapons because my friends saw it and said they couldn't talk about it without spoilers. I now know why. Not much happens, no motivations are really explained and not much scared me. But it's worth a look if you like cliche horror fuckery and the chosen cast.
