Finally found music that really motivates me to write one of my stories, didn't know its name or lyrics or anything, finally found it!! Then found the lyrics were TOO cis-het for my liking (duh 😅) but THEN found an instrumental vers and now I'm typing away 🥰 the arts truly do help each other ❤️

Every $1 donation provides 4 or 5 meals from food banks. Even a donation of $5 right now can feed up to two dozen people. No, we shouldn’t have to do this. But we can.
Remember that while food banks welcome donations of food, they prefer $$$$$$$. They have deals with grocery stores and suppliers. You can only buy one dollar's worth of food for one dollar, but they can buy several dollars' worth. So don't, like, buy food to donate it, just give 'em the dough.

We need to put pressure on our governments to pressure Israel to let this money go to Palestinians of Gaza. People from around the world donated millions of dollars to thousands of global organizations and none of it has made it to the people it was meant for
People gave a record amount of money to multiple organizations for the people of Gaza and all this money just sat there for the past 2 years because Israel blocked it. I hope this money gets distributed quickly now so that the people of Gaza don't have to beg anymore

For everyone struggling, I can't recommend this resource highly enough. Everything is given freely, there is no selling/trading allowed. I've gotten everything from food, pet supplies, furniture (and given a lot of similar) I see a lot of folks sharing clothing + baby supplies
