Journeys are every 10 minutes from each side on weekdays, and every 15 minutes on weekends.

Getting around South East London just got easier.

🔴 Nigel Farage’s Reform is more reliant on super-rich backers than any major party in modern British political history

75% of *all* Reform donations *ever* have come from just three rich men

Is this what democracy looks like?

I am hearing from multiple sources that the EU Commission is announcing its first DSA fine tomorrow against X on ad transparency, blue check & dark pattern, and researcher access to data.

The fine is in the "100s of millions of Euros."

A whole bunch of NIMBYs on Camblesforth near Selby have taken a hard L today. The people who wants Drax to continue to munch trees have been denied their Canadian old growth forest. Hopefully this will contribute to that tree chopper going the way of the dodo.

The site near Selby could power 47,500 homes, but local residents are unhappy with the decision.

Evening before Thanksgiving, our ginger kitty (L) had a severe allergic reaction. Emergency vet saved him, but he wasn’t bouncing back like we’d hoped, and a follow-up visit for further testing revealed pneumonia. We would deeply appreciate help with affording his care. ❤️

So tell me again how Nigel Farage, who just took the largest ever political donation, from a Tory mega-donor, and another donation from the Viscountess wife of the non-dom owner of the Daily Mail, is planning to "take on the establishment"

A message to the charities.

"The higher you build your barriers
The taller I become
The further you take my rights away
The faster I will run
You can deny me
You can decide to turn your face away
No matter, 'cause there's....

Something inside so strong"

Political parties should be focused on voters not donors.

For as long as mega donations like this are permitted, voters will rightly suspect that their interests come second to those of wealthy donors.

A donations cap would show that politics can’t be bought.

Data centres are energy hungry but what if we could use their waste heat to heat our homes?

That's exactly what happens in places like Finland: Cities are tapping the vast amounts of waste heat generated by data centres, and feeding it into district-heating networks.
