Called it. Even if their rules make no sense and the game now adheres to them perfectly, Valve will not budge on this.
Apparently these rules are 100% set in stone and immutable. Which is why Vile, a game with photos and no nudity *is* blocked, while Immortality - full FMV sex scenes - is alllowed

We live in an artist landscape that sells cowardice in faux progressive terms. Well we had to censor ourselves it's better then nothing. Oh we can't speak out on this issue i'll be punished in my career. Oh I must fight the poor because my company has told me they rob me.

An argument that doesn't demonize piracy is not an argument against buying stuff and that's such a silly position to believe. I think Piracy isn't bad and that you should buy and support art in particular queer own voice art.

the message from steam is loud and clear on this one: the passive objectification and sexualization of minors is totally fine but under no circumstances are you allowed to make games *about* that, to make art that explores this experience that many people suffer through.

steam's declaration that even the suggestion of sexual content involving minors will be banned is obvious horseshit when games like Persona 5, Blue Reflection, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Silent Hill 2 and countless others are all sold freely there, but also bans like this are simply wrong.
