Hey there! I'm quitting art!

I'm admitting defeat and getting a day job and will be working on refunding people for the next several months between design sales, mini commission openings, and paychecks.

won't have em for this weekend, but i've been getting a few more people at my table than I'd like lately asking *very pointedly* if i drew everything myself, so i designed a new sticker this afternoon that will hopefully quell some of those concerns.

Almost done bunny-proofing my bedroom!
Underneath the bed is blocked off, cords are protected. My wall corner protectors arrive tomorrow. I think the last thing i neeeed is hay and a rabbit. I want another set of washable pee pads.

Cage wip update
gonna get some corrugated cat scratchers to put between the cage and the wall in case naughty bunnies are tempted to chew on baseboards or bed frame.
This is the only antidepressant that helps right now
X-pen rabbit enclosure in a 1x2 panel configuration; complete with large litter box, food and water bowls, hay bag, and washable pee pad. I call it "Litter training mode" X-pen cage set up in a 2x2 panel configuration. This one has a cat bed, stuffed ewok teddy, large litter box, hay bag, seagrass snuffle mat, stacking cups, food and water bowl, two washable pee pads, and a soft folded blanket! This setup is for a more reliably litter trained rabbit.

Deleted the "don't use the word commission" on paypal post! Early this year I'd heard reports of people getting shut down for using that word and it was insinuated that the context was artists were being targeted for "high risk" words.

I appreciate this context and not trying to spread misinfo ❤️

Clarification: Accepting payments for commissions through Friends & Family is against TOS (which you agree to by making an account), and it is TAX FRAUD.

Do not ask for comm payments via F & F. Dont let an artist convince you to pay this way, because your account can be taken down as well.

Lots of "don't write 'commission' in PayPal's feedback box for invoices" misinfo/fearmongering going around.

Yes, PayPal is censoring nsfw/queer artists like other payment processors. No, the word 'commission' will not get you flagged unless youre taking Friends & Family payments for commissions.

The amount of people I know who have been laid off from games industry jobs and are deciding to leave games entirely as a result is not only extremely saddening (of course), but also genuinely scary. We have lost legitimately thousands of years of knowledge and experience in the last four years.
