I have taken a break from reading anything Tolkien to basically devour Fourth Wing and now Iron Flame, but I deeply miss my Middle Earth adventures. I think I need to go home soon.

Fotr movie is what got me into Tolkien! I had never even heard of him, or the books, when I walked into that theater. my life was forever changed by that movie.

Hot take: I love the Hobbit movies! Are they perfect? No. But no book to movie adaptation is. Do I still enjoy them for what they are? Absolutely!
