It’s a clever idea. For locations with automated/app-based systems this would seem like a slam dunk. On the other hand, locally we see a lot of cash-in-hand “event” parking which seems like it’s ripe for dodging this approach. Still, worth a try

At a roadside restaurant in Quebec, we’re obviously American. Their poutine is a revelation. The cook comes out to chat (!) wearing a flat cap covered in pictures of fruit.
“What’s up with the hat?” we ask.
“Is passionfruit. The hat is the fruit, but underneath, here is the passion!”

We were lost in Spain and my wife asked for directions at a gas station. A trucker said, "In life, my love, we are all lost" and then had us follow him to the exit we needed. I think of it when I take a wrong turn. (Sounds better in the original Spanish "En la vida mi amor todos estamos perdidos.")
