Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins clarifying the money came from the USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) but would be offset by collected tariffs, ultimately originating from taxes on American consumers and businesses. So it’s still a bailout from taxpayers from a mess Trump created.
