Good morning folks. The FEMA review council is meeting soon to vote on the final council report. Will it be their actual 160 page report that recommended strengthening FEMA or the revised report of 20 pages by Crispy Gnome that recommended slashing it by 50%!

While my bedtime reading might have resulted in a series of nightmares many days in a row, it's well worth the time.
I wish the book didn't sound so eerily familiar. Some of that sounded very much like what's happening today.

It’s about a seemingly unimportant museum curator named Rose Vallund who infiltrated Nazi leadership to save so.many.pieces of art. Art described as degenerate art by Hitler. Art we all enjoy today.

So much this. Im running on spite. Pure spite. I give 100% to my states and Team. I give little else to the agency.

It’s so very easy to get caught up in the constant firehose of bad news, bad actions, bad actors. It’s a lot. We decided this we truly want to stop and pause and focus on the good. There’s always light in the dark.
