Some fairly certain that I said not only do I think that a single person but also society shouldn't be able to decide whether someone lives or dies.. and you're saying that right now society is saying that homeless people should be killed and that you disagree with me so I'm legitimately confused

It shouldn't be allowed or accepted. Because and for better or worse once you accept that you begin to allow such severe penalty for lesser things or less proven things for disputable instances. And again to be frank that is why in all circumstances I am against capital punishment the death penalty

A small group of individuals should have the right to decide that. And it becomes not a matter of whether it's true or false or indisputable or not it becomes a fact of what's acceptable in society. And as much as I would really really like to just take a chainsaw to a bunch of m************

To be very blunt what I mean is that if I knew for a fact that someone did something like that to my kid I would absolutely murder them.. But I also know that there is a chance that I could be biased or misinformed or that the truth could be skewed.. and there may be cases where it's indisputable...

Not that I don't think people deserve it, some do.. it's more that so many have been deprived of life based on happenstance.. that I can't support that decision making (regardless of whether I want or believe it)

But it can get much more complicated from there. So yes, remove them from society.. but at the same time unless you can be 100% and indisputably sure.. no death.

My position on this particular matter is simple.. rape isn't cool. Rapists should be removed from society. And (forgive the language) subjects of rape should not be forced to bear undesired results.

If it was up to me, rapists would receive reciprocate punishment via chainsaw.

I'm not against incarceration or life sentences.

I am against capital punishment and deprivement of life. Whether that be by the state or an individual.

And yes, I do think some crimes deserve as much, but also no.. I would not support it.

Of how correct I might be, or how incorrect they might be.. it does not give me the right or ability to singularly decide if the should continue to exist.

And in my opinion, neither does society, as it, as a whole, can be influenced by a few.. regardless of right or wrong, good or bad.

You don't solve that through violence.

It may create an inflection point, but it won't dissuade those who agree. In fact, it will likely reinforce their position.

And to be honest.. there are quite a few people in the world that I wish didn't exist.. but they do. And regardless..
