Daughter, sister, mother, widow, and grandmother. I was an RN for 27 years & served on the Portland City Council for 12. I live in beautiful Portland Oregon. I like Portland Thorns, Oregon Ducks football, gardening, and cats, not necessarily in that order.
Note: It was stated in the interview that the US Government didn't pay a dime for this rescue. It was entirely funded by private donors and planned, organized and completed by the private company Grey Bull Rescue Foundation, staffed by veterans. They've saved over 800 people so far.

If adopted, this policy would further reduce attendance at Men’s World Cup soccer games in the US next year. Perhaps not significant to many Americans but Angry Orange Grandpa just got the newly-invented FIFA Peace Prize so perhaps he would care.

While it’s not explicitly named in the policy, the city’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building would be the only facility impacted.

According to Nerd Wallet (one nerd to another) $1,000 in a Trump account for newborn today at 6% would be $2854 in 18 years. $250 in billionaires’ gift would be $713. Not the “paying for college” or “downpayment on a house” they are claiming. Perhaps neither would pay a month’s rent in 18 years.
