Hopefully most state health departments have a search tool to fill the void.

But I just gotta say, as someone who uses a lot of health data for my own scholarship, I hate having to seriously question the reliability of info on the CDC (and other gov) website & whether I should cite it.

Robin Vos is blocking a bill to preserve Medicaid postpartum coverage for up to a year (vs minimum 60 days). This is critical because not only does the U.S. have a maternal mortality crisis (esp Black maternal mortality), but many deaths occur later (eg, from postpartum depression, substance use).

The fact that the FDA IS messing up an infant formula issue again is…. Troubling to say the least. Especially given that the last formula crisis was a major impetus to the reorg of the entire food program to enhance oversight, safety, and efficiency. Something’s not working.
