Baffles me that anti-vax rhetoric includes claims that (1) HCPs are motivated by profit to give vaccines and (2) kids get too many “jabs”…. yet by separating the MMR vaccine into separate shots they’ll be increasing visits (and reimbursable claims) & the number of “jabs”

Make it make sense.

The Smart Surfaces Coalition — a nonprofit that works with cities to enact cool roof ordinances — estimates that Atlanta’s new building code will cool the city overall by 2.4 degrees Fahrenheit during peak summer temperatures, and by as much as 6.3 degrees in the city’s hottest neighborhoods.
