Run by Adam Smith. Same thing as on the other place but without having to put up with the pornbots and racists encouraged by the world's stupidest billionaire. Loads of #LFC content.
Never nice to see 130 Charges FC win, but always funny to see Franco’s boys lose, so one of them really.

I saw the penalty we conceded in Istanbul, so you’re not going to hear me moan about the one we were given.
December 9, 2025 at 10:02 PM
Lovely stuff. Well taken penalty, that.
December 9, 2025 at 9:51 PM
That is a penalty for how Wirtz is held, but it’s never one for how he’s gone down. Who takes it though?!
December 9, 2025 at 9:51 PM
Pretty much the consummate European away performance in that half. Incredibly unlucky not to go in 1-0 up. Much better than we’ve seen of late.
December 9, 2025 at 8:53 PM
If memory serves, Ekitike will now score the winner & take his shirt off for no reason.
December 9, 2025 at 8:43 PM
Slot has made some poor decisions at times this season, but FML every single thing that could’ve gone against us has. The old adage about rather having a lucky general than a good one applies I think.
December 9, 2025 at 8:37 PM
Mad to disallow that. I’ve seen the replay several times & can’t even see the hand. Don’t think UEFA do clear & obvious with handballs, though?
December 9, 2025 at 8:35 PM
Isak already looking much more involved than in previous games. Putting a shift in.
December 9, 2025 at 8:11 PM
I’m generally in the camp of giving Slot more time, but his sheer refusal to drop Ibrahima Konaté is pushing me. Bradley can’t play at the weekend, so playing Gomez at right-back makes no sense to me. If the Frenchman fucks up again tonight, the manager only has himself to blame.

What Sachin said.

It’s 2025 FFS. I will never, for the life of me, understand why people give a shit how someone wants to identify or cares who consenting adults want to have sex with it. Stop being so utterly pathetic.
Or maybe ban the supporters who are so furiously homophobic that they are liable to lose their shit over a flag.
Tottenham have asked fans to remove an LGBT+ flag from the North stand for tonight's game

Slavia Prague made the request over "security concerns", suggesting their fans could target it. Understand Spurs initially pushed back but have relocated it to SW-corner

For Mo Salah, the end of his career at the top level is approaching & I think he's scared. That's why he decided to drop a bomb on an #LFC season that is already looking pretty terrible. He's raging against the dying of the light. Read my latest piece here: www.andcouldheplay.com/they-came-in...

Mo Salah hasn't been very good this season. It's hard to say that about one of #LFC's greatest ever players & there is a clear reason why that might be the case, but it's still true. His persecution complex isn't a good look. Read my latest piece here: www.andcouldheplay.com/they-came-in...

Mo Salah will be remembered as one of #LFC's greatest ever players, but right now he is facing a future for the Reds that doesn't have him in it & isn't pleased. That's a big part of the reason why he decided to drop a bomb on Saturday. Read more here: www.andcouldheplay.com/they-came-in...

Is Mo Salah waving goodbye to his #LFC career? The forward has thrown a grenade in a battle that he's unlikely to win, given his age & the need for the Reds to plan for life without him. He is a man facing his footballing mortality & lashing out. Read more: www.andcouldheplay.com/they-came-in...

I thought Ibrahima Konaté's idiotic defending for the penalty would be the only wrecking ball #LFC would have to cope with on Saturday. Then Mo Salah entered the fray. He's a man facing his footballing mortality & lashing out. Read my latest piece here: www.andcouldheplay.com/they-came-in...

Every time I think of the Salah situation, I keep having that line from the Dylan Thomas poem running through my mind:

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

That’s what this feels like. Someone seeing their end, in a footballing sense, and doing whatever they can to fight against it.
December 7, 2025 at 11:19 AM
Yep. This. Salah is a club legend. Will rightly be considered one of the best ever. This is spoilt brat behaviour from him, taking advantage of the fact that many in the fanbase already want to Slot sacked.
At no point do I wish to criticise Mo's performances. He's struggled & suffered along with most of the team and doesn't need us to point it out. I always feel like he'll bounce back enough at some point for us to be happy with him. I'm massively unimpressed by his self-serving behaviour though.

Salah’s got a cheek, IMHO. He’s been shite all season & is lucky Slot didn’t drop him before he did. It’s been for ENTIRELY understandable reasons that he’s not been at it, but to do this now is out of order.

For a team that is trying desperately to build up some mental strength, that penalty was a sword to the stomach. In a season of big problems, he’s been our most consistent fuck up. I‘m honestly proud as fuck of them for having the guts to go back in front. The corner was a whole other nonsense.

Fair play to any of our players who can look Konaté in the eye after that. I’d want to throttle the prick.
December 6, 2025 at 7:52 PM
2-0 up and cruising, then Konaté decided to enter the fray.

The manager hasn’t had a great season, make no mistake. But the glee from some #LFC supporters at that result because it means he might lose his job is depressing af.
December 6, 2025 at 7:44 PM
We’d be in a significantly better position than we are if we hadn’t spent all summer trying to sign a homophobe & had just spent money on a centre-back. Konaté able to be dogshit all season because there’s no one the manager trusts to replace him.
