Never said "it's complicated" because anyone who thinks human psychology isn't complicated is a fucking idiot, lol. That it's a complicated topic goes without saying. I know you'd like to think that there's some sort of magic formula to weed out the 'bad people' but there isn't. . .

Meanwhile, serial-killers are almost all people with no prior criminal records or record of instability. Pair that with homicide's low recidivism-rate, and we're left with the annoying conclusion that homo sapiens is an unpredictable species as a whole.

In some countries, arrest without charge, due process, warrant, and legal representation, is illegal, and would result in the officers themselves being charged.

Some places would consider that a massive red flag that they needed a change of leadership. I mean, the pedophilia and felonies would have tipped that scale in most places in the world, but the US seems to have developed a greater acceptance for such things.

Thing is, the data has no application anywhere else. We're talking about a string of numbers that relates to patterning in their fingers or retina, as it pertains to that particular system.
