My buddy @jordanzirm.bsky.social and I linked up to talk thru our feelings about the Browns season so far and what happens next.

It's not the most positive outlook, but I always enjoy chatting with Jordan about the dumb football team we both inexplicably love.

This is going to be a regular thing going forward, just in time for the Browns best season, the off-season.
after a brief hiatus due to technical difficulties... @andrewspayde.bsky.social and I are back!

in today's episode:
-have AB and Kevin Stefanski's futures already been decided?
-do the Browns deserve credit for Shedeur's improved play?

Jimmy Haslam should give John Harbaugh half the team to come coach in Cleveland.

Not joking.
gut feeling: this is Harbaugh's last year in Baltimore barring some playoff wins.

this is not based on insiders or a reddit post but it's just logical now makes sense after a great run
New, from me: I wrote about the Baltimore Ravens, who need to start finding solutions—fast. www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/rav...

Will Arnett was on Conan and told a story about how Conan dealt with the death of his parents by accusing Jason Bateman of killing them. It’s so funny.

Let's just be totally clear.

No one in the Browns organization deserves any credit for losing this football game.

If it benefits the team in the long term, that is ONLY circumstantial.

You can be happy about the outcome but it is still a failure of epic proportions to be in this position.

That's the second time today that Mark Schlereth is busy having an orgasm about physical defense while the player on the receiving end lays on the field hurt.

Sanders might be successful in the long term in the NFL, but his brain farts are lethal for a Browns offense that can barely keep drives alive even if everything goes perfectly.
a couple good throws on that drive from Shedeur but then he falls right back into those bad habits.

panics in the pocket when the screen isn’t open and gets called for intentional grounding, then lazy footwork on a sideline ball that sails out of bounds

Jesus Christ the Browns look completely checked out.

This season cannot end in any way other than everyone getting fired.

There's a fun little group of Browns accounts who always act smug and all-knowing, more on Twitter than here, but you know who I mean.

They all just pivoted from "Watson will never take another snap in Cleveland" to "Of course he has to be on the roster next year, they'd be stupid to cut him."

Is Fernando Mendoza “Kirk Cousins But Good”?
December 7, 2025 at 4:32 AM
Look, I'm not the Browns GM, and it's probably a good thing, because I would trade everything for Fernando Mendoza.
December 7, 2025 at 4:28 AM
This is why the Browns have to clean house now.

Berry will absolutely bring Watson back to save cap space. He'll probably start him too, because he has never once understood the art of team building.

Anyone they hire will understand the obvious, the team cannot move on until he's off the roster.
Rap: Deshaun Watson has "good chance" to remain with Browns as potential starter in 2026.

He's not expected to play this season.

Alabama doesn't deserve to go to the playoff. They're getting their asses kicked.

Why should they go over Miami or Notre Dame?
December 6, 2025 at 11:21 PM
Relevant to Browns fans interests, mostly just because it seems like something that would happen to the Browns, not the Ravens.

Browns special teams today:

-gave up a 48-yard punt return that led to a TD
-fielded a kickoff that was going out of bounds
-fumbled a punt without a defender in sight that led to a TD

Bubba Ventrone I’ll see you in maximum security prison
November 30, 2025 at 8:24 PM
People will say the Browns are tanking and it doesn't matter. BUT not firing Bubba Ventrone is a potent symbol of the lack of accountability at the heart of the Browns organization.

Perfect encapsulation of why Kevin Stefanski needs to be fired on that fourth down sneak.

NFLN @cameronwolfe.bsky.social reporting that he was told Wyatt Teller and Teven Jenkins are rotating series today.

My presumption would be that this is an attempt to get an evaluation of Jenkins ahead of free agency, as he will be inexpensive and the Browns have no offensive linemen under contract
November 30, 2025 at 6:34 PM
It seems common sense to me that there should be a moratorium on hiring until the season ends, as in the national championship.

For what it's worth, I'd like to see this in the NFL too. No hires until after the Super Bowl.

No bailouts. The US should extort these companies when the crash happens so they get minimal compensation in return for nationalizing the entire panopticon industry and then destroying it once harvested for socially useful parts. It won’t happen but it should

The Browns offense is so poorly coached, even with a different QB and playcaller, the biggest liability is the constant sloppy mistakes.

How does the buck not stop with the "play calling guru" head coach.

The offense has been like this for the majority of Kevin's tenure.
