the haunted dolls in silent hill F and bloodborne, in particular, are the most perfect chariots through the underworld

i’d be lost in the nightmare without them…🕊️

Ghost of Yotei is a game so good that its biggest downside is sometimes feeling the hand of creation a smidge too much. Our great review from @andybrown202.bsky.social!

After 30 hours, Ghost of Yotei has impressed me more than any other PS5 exclusive, but at times I can't help but notice the artificiality

Closer to Red Dead Redemption 2 than anything I've played

I've been playing Ghost of Yotei! Love the freewheeling approach to its open world - even if it can feel a tad artificial at times - and adore the photo mode (this screenshot's with no tweaks/filters!)

I'm here with a Hollow Knight: Silksong review in progress! Really managed to get into some mechanical thoughts on how it plays.

Hands on: 7 hours in, Hollow Knight Silksong is an evolution that feels worth the wait, even if I'm losing it at some of these fiddly diagonal jumps

So far, Hollow Knight: Silksong is a near perfect followup to its justifiably revered predecessor. Unfurling from its cocoon, this Metroidvania has evolved on just about everything I loved about the original.
