We cannot keep settling for Dems who are bought and paid for. They must be beholden to the voters, not their donors. They are there to serve us, not the other way around.

Eb is really good at giving level-headed takes on left leaning events and I think more people should give him a watch. He's not the most radical leftist, but I don't think everyone needs to be.

This seems actionable and realistic in a way that other solutions aren't. It also illustrates how important state politics are at the federal level.

Mamdani may not be perfect, but he is better than anyone else with his level of name recognition in the party. His politics are good, and he is a good politician.

I don't want to fix the systems Trump has broken, I want to build better ones. I don't want things to go back to normal, I want them to go somewhere better. Our entire economic system is predicated on exploitation, of the global south, of our own people. We deserve better than what we have had.
