If anyone else wants an Adobe Animate alternative, I can’t recommend Moho enough. It’s affordable, it’s efficient, it’s been used in feature films from Cartoon Saloon like Wolfwalkers, and the best part…NO Ai whatsoever.

every so often my social feeds will be full of posts like "buhhh this website is so toxic I only ever see toxic nonsense" and I'm like well I follow stuff like the corel gallery clipart account and get to see clipart rhododendrons. I think perhaps by complaining you are telling on yourself?

still really enjoying The Pitt, probably gonna finish season one tonight. it reminds me of The West Wing in that it's got a kind of... center-left preachy shlock feel to the writing sometimes* but I consider it a feature more than a bug. it's got great characters and so much heart.

I'm on episode 5 now and so far the highlights have been:
- recognizing all the buildings in the skyline (cuz I've been there!)
- dude in the ED waiting room wearing a Giant Eagle uniform (I used to work there!)
- "worst case scenario you'll have to take a job in Youngstown" (I freakin live there!)

I hate that walking away from an art project for a few days works. like okay yeah maybe I was being dramatic and this painting isn't so poorly done that the only proper penance would be collapsing my iPad in on itself, creating a black hole that swallows us all so no one has to ever look at it
