A mini golden sunflower that flopped over on its too-skinny stem once the flower got heavier with seed... still radiating sunshine though!

This moonrise shot was taken facing east, within a couple minutes of the above shot of the sunset, facing west.
Was completely amazing, how different the sky looked, the colors, the feel.
Felt so grateful to be up there witnessing Nature's grandeur.

Maybe you know already, but there is an open comment period now through Nov. 10th to speak out against the BLM's Public Lands Rule which will remove conservation protection, leaving public lands open to mining, logging, other development. The second effort in 2025 to gut public land protection...
