I'm not on Project Sirius so I can't say much about it, but what I've seen is 🤩🤩🤩 The team is lovely and the Boston studio is a wonderful place to work. Beyond that, you'll have to chat with a recruiter or someone on the Sirius team 🤷‍♀️

I played a lot on the semi-broken Switch before this. So 6th run on the new profile, but not my 6th run total. I also played the first Hades an *obscene* amount, so there's that 😅

I enjoyed combat in the first game, so we're at least aligned there. I get that they want the combat for Melinoe to feel different from Zagreus--and it does! But it's a lot less intuitive and accessible for combat haters like me, alas.

Yes, exactly! And then working in the right time for the Selene attacks too. And the elements and infusions. I'm sure it will all make sense soon, but right now it's too much for me to keep track of.

The combat system in Hades 2 feels, I don't know, a bit fussy by comparison? There's a lot more to keep track of. But I'm learning. I'm sure I'll grow to love it

I don't really enjoy combat. I tolerate it to enjoy other aspects of the game. But in the first Hades game, the combat system was so simple, elegant, intuitive and well-balanced that I actually had fun with it. It was satisfying to put together a strong build & watch your opponents melt before you

I see pieces like this a lot, often w/ a spin of lamenting cultural degeneration, but reading is a LABOR issue, it’s declined because so many people are working overtime or two jobs & employers expect after hours work. France has Earth’s highest reading rate b/c long lunch breaks & labor protections

I can get 2-3 #Hades2 runs in before the right joycon wonkiness makes it unplayable, but I'm making tremendous progress on those runs. I got to Chronos below and Prometheus above. More importantly, I befriended a CAT
