I wore a sleeveless dress with no tights to Posh Polish yesterday. Parka over it, though.

Parking on Clark is easy weekdays during the day

That said, I have had good wienerschnitzel in Kathmandu and Sri Lanka. I'm unsure if that was due to a German diaspora in the mid 40s.

Seems strangely accurate

Of course I didn't post online as Anne until 2019. I don't recall what handle or email.

It's important work.

There are "Irish Pubs" in many countries outside Ireland, of various quality.

I visited a couple as that tended to be where the Navy Seabees wanted to go after work.

I do like a decent Kilkenny.
February 12, 2026 at 12:55 PM
I'm unsure what that is
February 12, 2026 at 12:48 PM
I don't. I'm author of two published books but they're into electronics.

The one at the right is delicious.

The one on the left should be binned. What a poor excuse.

I know of no famous alumni of my high school in suburban Idaho.

My initial college had a Nobel laureate and several famous actor alums.

My second Institute has too many to mention.

I guess I got out of a place and into the world.
Who's the most famous alum of your high school?

Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits

Smell was likely first for me. For some reason my ex hated that I didn't smell like I had. She never ever said she liked my smell before. But I was glad it changed, I didn't like my old smell, especially sweating.

I watched the movie when I was a teen. I never could imagine, being a science type, that I'd work for 30 years in the US diplomatic corps. Consulates, ambassadors, embassies, the lot.

The market is being flooded by new novels mostly generated by AI. Instead of writing a book a month, now it's a book in less than a week (with review).
