Yesterday I was driving on the expressway and saw a yellow car. Then I thought about how I haven't seen the Wienermobile in years. An hour later, in Milwaukee, the Wienermobile drove right next to me.

We were gerrymandered out of 45 (right down the middle of our street). While I'm grateful not to be in his ward anymore, every time I see anything about or from him, it still frosts my ass that he somehow got another term.

This has been such a horrifying year, which in my mind makes it completely ok for me to bully my friends into watching Heated Rivalry. How I sell it to different people (70% success rate, combined):
1) There are beautiful young men with hockey butts and crazy sexual chemistry. Watch it.

In a very sincere way, I'm so grateful for Bluesky and being able to see posts in the proper order.
But the algorithm on that picture site is telling me that everyone everywhere is obsessed with the same thing. My gift to myself is believing that we do all love beautiful gay hockey players.

Why would the secretary of HHS need to understand basic fertility rates?
RFK Jr: "When my uncle was president, the fertility rate in this country was 3.5%. Today it is 1.6%. The replacement rate -- in other words the amount of fertility you need to keep your population even -- is 2.1%. We are below replacement. That is a national security threat to our country."
