I have been taking a dose at 6pm for most of the last 6 years

I have an alarm set on my phone to remind me

still, to this day, I will get in the car at 5:30 to go run an errand or whatever and not think about taking my dose before I leave

(it's fine, it doesn't need to be time precise)
