Carl Bates is a NZ mega landlord. One of his rentals is in Epsom Auckland, a stunner that he added to his family's trust in 2024. Bates' portfolio is estimated conservatively at $9-10 million.
Michael Woods was asked to resign for 0.14% of that. MP rentals aren't an issue - but the deceit is #nzpol
