Can someone explain to me why we don't get Sonia Sotomayor to swear in Adelita Grijalva?
House Reps are usually sworn in by the Speaker of the House, but under 5 U.S. Code § 2903, anybody with legal authority to administer a federal oath may swear in a House Rep.
We don't need Mike Johnson at all.
