I've never had an opinion one way or another about the teams moving to KS. But it's true that the stadiums are aging, inadequate for hosting special events, and in a part of town that never developed into a place where you'd want to hang out. Missouri's had years to address this stuff.

this just has me thinking about how so much of this government and the movement around it is purely a matter of aesthetics. is there a strategic reason for produce a new warship? maybe. but my hunch is that this is happening because the president thinks it will look cool.
