What a ghoul, putting his name on someone else's memorial. Performers and season ticket holders should cancel. Force it to survive on KISS concerts and Rob Schneider stand-up. Build a privately-funded Kennedy Center nearby.

I'm 98% sure he is talking about Star Trek 4 (the one with the whales) when the Klingon bird of prey became visible when they opened the hatch.
